Vending Machine Review

 

I just wanted to take a few moments to let everyone know that i can provide a vending machine review for you on virtually any type of vending machine. If you are interested in purchasing a particular brand or type of vending machine I want to provide you the following information:

  • Where you can get the best price on that particular machine.
  • My personal quality rating of the machine. You do not want to purchase lemons.
  • I will provide product recommendations for that particular machine

Listed above are just a few examples of what will be included in my vending machine review for you. More information will be shared. I want to provide all the information that will ensure your success as a new or older vending route manager. Below are a list of questions you should ask of any vending machine sales representatives if you desire to perform your own due diligence.

  • If the machines do not perform to your income projections what is the return policy?
  • Do the machines you are selling have a warranty?
  • Do i have to pay shipping on warrantied replacement parts?
  • What is the most frequent part that needs warranty replacement?
  • Do you plan on discontinuing the vending machine model you are selling me? ( This would affect your ability to get replacement parts.)
  • Do you plan on discontinuing any parts relating to the vending machine you are selling me?

These are all questions anyone can think of. Perhaps you have already thought of some that are not listed above. The important part is that you get an honest salesman who is willing to back up your purchase with a warranty and no out of cost shipping on your part. These questions are more important for bigger more expensive machines. Your average gumball vending  machine will be very durable and tough. I have had no problems with the purchase of small vending machines. Just make sure none of the parts are plastic and that the important parts like the coin mechanism is removable and serviceable.
