To give you some insight on what the “pull tab” machine is. It dispenses pull tab tickets which is kind of like a low-rent version of a lottery ticket. They are called sweepstakes tickets or instant bingo depending on the state. If they are sold in a bingo hall it is completely legal, if they are sold anywhere else it is a grey area. For each box there are a certain number of winners, however the vendor is guaranteed a profit of a few hundred dollars per box vended.
